How to Onboard a Customer to Rotate as an MSP
To onboard a customer, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Partner Portal and navigate to Management → Active.
- Click Add Company → Onboard User.
- Use the customer’s admin account to complete the onboarding process.
Once onboarded, the customer will be linked to your MSP account, allowing you to manage their security services seamlessly.
