How to Onboard a Customer to Rotate as an MSP

To onboard a customer, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal and navigate to Management → Active.
  2. Click Add Company → Onboard User.
  3. Use the customer’s admin account to complete the onboarding process.

Once onboarded, the customer will be linked to your MSP account, allowing you to manage their security services seamlessly.
