How to Configure User Monitoring in Rotate
Rotate allows you to manage which users are actively monitored, giving you control over license allocation and security coverage.
How to Exclude Users from Monitoring
- Navigate to User Configuration
- Go to Mail Hub → Configuration → Users.
- Select Users to Exclude
- Choose the users you want to remove from Rotate monitoring.
- Excluded users will not count toward your Rotate license.
- Save Changes
- Once saved, these users will no longer receive detection or protection from Rotate.
By fine-tuning user monitoring, you can optimize your security coverage while ensuring only the necessary accounts are protected.
